Once you have spoken to one of our technicians and have had your repair booked in, please do not forget to fill in the correct order acceptance form to send it in with your repair for a hassle free service.
Cluster Repairs UK only recommends Royal Mail next day special delivery to all our customers as a carrier for your parts.
This service insures your unit gets to us guaranteed next day before 1pm and is fully tracked, signed for and insured from £500. Cluster Repairs UK have dedicated logistics staff that will receive your item, sign it in and forward it on to the correct specialist technician.
Cluster Repairs UK only uses Royal Mail next day Special Delivery and UK Mail special next day insured tracked services.
Postage prices start from £6.99 less than 1 Kg to £22.99 up to 15Kgs.
In addition for both our trade customers and general public customers who will be in one location from 10pm to 4pm we can arrange a hassle free collection from you at a competitive price. Please call one of our UK friendly staff for all your requirements.
To all our international customers to avoid all custom and duty charges, when sending in your repair please fill in your countries correct custom forms (normally a CN22 form).
Please mark your unit as "Electronic car part being sent for warranty repair". This will avoid any extra customs charges being added by any of the main delivery companies for example FedEx, TNT, DHL, Parcel Force and UPS etc.
