Once you or your local garage has determined the faulty unit which will need repairing you are advised to give us a call at any of our locations to speak to a qualified technician.
At this time you can discuss your repair symptoms and get an exact or estimated price and time scale of the repair.
Once your repair has been booked in please fill in the correct trade or general order acceptance form. On this form you can fill in the make and model of your car, registration, type of repair, symptoms or faults, quoted or estimated price, all your contact details and any other helpful information.
When you are ready to send your unit to us, complete the order acceptance form and enclose it in with your parcel. Make sure your unit is wrapped securely using bubble wrap, padding etc.
Please give us a call to confirm your repair has been sent to us or alternatively if you would like to arrange your parcel to be collected please read our Delivery info pages.
If you would prefer to opt for the walk-in option please contact us to speak with a technician who will be able to confirm if your repair can be done on a while you wait service.
